Job Summary

As a Beverage Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of various beverage equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' beverage service operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately enhancing their overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and test various types of beverage equipment, including coffee machines, dispensers, soda fountains, and more
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of beverage systems to identify and address potential issues
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, electrical and mechanical problems, and other technical issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to provide expert recommendations on equipment upgrades, replacements, and maintenance schedules
• Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities using designated tools and systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to beverage service equipment and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant education is a plus
• Proven experience as a Beverage Service Technician or similar role in the hospitality, food service, or equipment maintenance industry
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems related to beverage equipment
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and testing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple service calls efficiently.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and weekends when required
