Speed Fab-Crete is a 75+-year-old regional commercial/industrial Design-Build general contractor based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

We are seeking:
Superintendent for new construction/ground up and remodel experience. Must have experience in commercial/industrial construction and must do what it takes to complete the project on time.
Responsibilities include:

• Work with subcontractors to ensure completion of project within the budget and schedule
• Anticipates needs and requirements and coordinates with the project manager to maintain the work schedule
• Schedule inspections
• Implement and enforce safety measures
• Solves problems when necessary
• Makes quick, accurate decisions when necessary
• Daily reports, rain logs, safety meeting, RFI's and any other paper work required
• Maintain good relationships with other employees, clients, and other project stakeholders
• Communicates with client
Requirements:
• Experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Understanding of construction methods and scheduling
• Excellent communication and organization
• Be a leader
• Strong computer skills
Must be willing to submit to criminal background check, drug test and must have a valid driver's license.

Speed Fab-Crete is a regional contractor, and some projects may require overnight travel. Speed Fab-Crete offers a competitive salary and benefit package.
