About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to step in as General Manager of the electrical division, with a clear path to becoming Vice President as the business continues to grow. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with a strong focus on leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and foster client relationships.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
