About the Position:

The Roofing Estimator will provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex projects and all types of contracts in the commercial, industrial and federal arenas.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience required,


• Must have experience estimating large commercial roofs (over 5,000 sq. ft.)


• Thorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required.


• Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate and supervise group work effort
