A Private Estate is seeking a dependable, motivated, hands-on Laborer to join a growing team. This position is full-time and year long. The work is variable so every day can be different! Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00a to 3:30p and may require flexibility at times.

This position responsibilities are varied and include assisting with farm support, property maintenance and requires working in variable weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

• removing trees up to 12-15" in diameter, and fallen limbs
• moving rocks, logs and other vegetation as needed
• trail creation/maintenance
• Climbing ladders and cleaning building gutters
• Experienced in the use/operation of mowers, tractors, and safe hauling of equipment.
• Weeding/gardening

Skills and Abilities:

• Safe operation and use of equipment
• Must be able to lift and shift 70 lbs. comfortably.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk, and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• High regard for and collaboration with team members
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction
• Attention to detail and proactive, positive attitude
• Team player, ability to work collaboratively with a variety of team members
• Ability to be flexible as tasks and priorities are variable and evolve

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be able to lift and shift 70lbs.
• Must be able to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without required sponsorship.
• Must have current and valid driver’s license.
• Must agree to and successfully pass background and preemployment requirements.
