Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology (IT), the IT Business Analyst (BA) manages the business applications and integrations between systems, provides comprehensive support, reports, and project management for the various business systems and platforms. The position is also responsible for understanding the business processes and helping the organization with training, use and data consistency, and providing recommendations to improve and enhance performance using existing and/or new technologies. This position will work closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and application vendors/contractors on issue resolution, system upgrades, and planned migrations. This role is a centralized subject matter expert for the Company’s systems, applications, and other software.
Specific Accountabilities
Provide end-user support for Sage 300 CRE, UKG Ready, and WorkMax
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to escalate and resolve issues, system updates/upgrades, and planned projects/migrations.
Manage IT-related projects, develop scope, budget, schedule, and manage the process throughout the project life cycle.
Explore ways to improve Sage 300 CRE, UKG Ready, and WorkMax data quality through integration methods, analytics, or business processes.
Coordinate scalable data integration solutions to enable Sage 300 CRE, UKG Ready, and WorkMax to deliver live data feed(s) with each other and other business systems.
Understand the value of integration between various systems; learn the underlying technology and collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance the value of the Company’s data.
Manage and monitor databases and notify Director of IT and MSP when issues arise.
Develop technical solutions for presentation to various stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
Five (5) years of progressive work experience as an IT Business Analyst
Demonstrated hands-on experience working with enterprise applications, database design, and client-server systems.
Experience working with Sage 300 CRE or various Sage Accounting products, UKG HCM, Office 365, AboutTime/WorkMax, FCS/Jobba.
