D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for their Sales and Marketing Department.  The right candidate will support the Marketing Department and assist with marketing tasks.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


 





    • Updating/auditing D.R. Horton division website, google and other platforms

    • Updating/auditing community marketing such as signage, flyers, etc

    • Ordering and organizing supplies

    • Assist in printing and gathering community collateral and supplies

    • Assist in planning and decorating for promotional and community events

    • Creating and sending community and division email blasts

    • Social media management

    • Scheduling photos and videos with photographer

    • Creating and maintaining community binders



 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications



  • 2-3 years of experience in the field or related area, preferably in corporate environment

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Product Suite

  • Experience with Adobe Suite products including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign

  • Beginner experience with email marketing software

  • Skilled at managing projects and meeting deadlines, sometimes under tight timeframes

  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback.

  • Beginner understanding of marketing, production, advertisements, and multimedia design

  • Good time management skills

  • Creative, detailed, good communicator

  • Punctual, takes initiative

  • Adaptability, flexibility

  • Organizational, ability to juggle multiple projects



Education and/or Experience                      


Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Other Qualifications


Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
