Solid construction experience, preferably bi-lingual. (Spanish). Ranch, farm, livestock and hunter safety knowledge/experience required.
College degree.
Familiarity working with public-governmental agencies/utilities/departments on regulation issues.
15 years' experience total (combining each and all of the above).
