About the Position:
The role of Senior PM is a professional that will lead our 100 million plus high rise mixed use multifamily construction from the ground up. We are seeking a rising PM with experience in a quality large scale construction environment(s) that is ready to be the lead and our go to leader for this large project and more to come.
Requirements:
Experience with a major General Contractor as a Project Manager leading or part of a team on ground up projects of at least 50 million dollars or more.
Possesses competency in business writing and public presentation skills, and is a motivator, and team leader.
Experience managing the client relationship during construction.
Demonstrates excellence in personal work habits; and the ability to lead their team by example.
Understands the dedication necessary to be a project leader.
Competent or willing to learn multiple construction software’s.
Understands construction accounting and project cost forecasting.
Holds at least a four-year engineering, construction management or construction-related degree, or relevant experience.
