About the Position:
Hiring a Human Resource Generalist will play a pivotal role in elevating our human resources and operational efficiency within the regions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing support for training, and performance management, among other duties.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or human resource management OR equivalent work experience in a Human Resource role. • High proficiency in building relationships. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. • Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
