Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our client's team. The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in implementing the company's growth strategies by transforming them into actionable operational plans. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bridge and structures division, including estimating, and ensuring the profitable completion of projects aligned with the company’s goals. Safety and sound financial stewardship are paramount. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key management representative, acting as a liaison across all company teams, including upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans to support the company’s growth strategies.


• Oversee daily activities within the bridge and structures division.


• Lead estimating efforts to ensure accurate project cost projections.


• Ensure projects are completed profitably and meet company goals.


• Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.


• Maintain strong financial controls and budget management.


• Act as a liaison between various company teams and upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction of structures and bridges.


• At least 3 years of supervisory and estimating experience.


• Proven track record of effective financial management and budgeting.
