About the Position:

We are looking for a Senior PX/Director for luxury custom home construction in Miami, Florida. This is for a top tier luxury home builder for SE Florida - relating to quality, size and cost. This individual will oversee, represent, and help protect the owner’s interest from start to completion of the construction. They will manage a small in-house team which includes a PM & PE/APM. They will meet with the owners and other executives regularly to keep the projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

• Experience & expertise – Have built/overseen massive & elite custom home builds.


• Experience & expertise – Construction (Miami-Dade-Broward Counties).


• All facets – can handle issues that may occur day to day.


• Present solutions – solve problems.


• Must have experience in Southeast Florida
